Online

- If the above doesn’t answer your questions, we also provide a Book a Librarian service.
- Access to online books, journals and databases via the Library website 24/7.

Colchester
- Bookable Study Space – either an individual pod or a group study room. These spaces are bookable and when nobody has booked they operate on a first come first serve basis.
- Library study spaces are regularly monitored by staff.
- Laptop loans 24/7
- If noise is disturbing you in the library, you can text us on 07557 290 664. Let us know where you are and what the noise is, and we will come and help as soon as possible. Noise alerts can be reported via our text line 24/7.
Southend
- There are a variety of different study spaces available in the Learning Hub for both group and individual study. You do not need to book these as they are offered on a first come first serve basis. More information is available on our website.
- Laptop loans 24/7
- Support from staff at InfoPoint, for exact hours take a look at our opening times.
Loughton
- Although there are no traditional assessments at Loughton, we know you’re busy with showcases and performances. Support from staff is available, for exact hours please take a look at our opening times. We’ll also continue to support you with any questions or queries you may have.

We’ll also be sharing our wellbeing tips on our blog and over our social media so make sure you’re following us!

- Our University has a Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity Service to provide you with support.
- The Library has also created a Mental Health Awareness reading list which contains a range of resources.
- There’s also resources online, such as Student Minds, that offer guidance.
